Message to Applicants

As the world around us rapidly changes, political science, international relations, and peace and conflict studies are crucial. The 21st century is full of complex and pressing global issues. The rise of violent extremism, geopolitical tensions, social inequality, and other human security risks are just some of them. The key to finding innovative solutions to these challenges is understanding the political, economic, and social factors driving them. In political science, we can use tools and frameworks to analyze the exercise of power by state and non-state actors, so we can foster people-centered governance and protect human rights and freedoms.
